On the menu:
​LASAGNA

Growing Leaders family favorite veggie lasagna is layered perfectly with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese! Each portion also comes with garlic bread. Follow reheat instructions and enjoy!

Lasagna Ingredients: lasagna noodles, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, tomatoes, ricotta, eggs, mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, salt.

Each meal serves 1 person

Reheat Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees, put lasagna in an oven safe dish and cover with foil. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until it is warm in the middle.

Growing Leaders is a youth gardening and cooking entrepreneurship program based at Willard Middle School and Berkeley Technology Academy in Berkeley, California. We offer programming for ages 11-18, from 6th grade cooking and gardening and the 7th & 8th grade business elective, to our high school internship program and summer program.
