One the menu: MINESTRONE SOUP w/ garlic bread (with chicken meatballs or vegetarian) Growing Leaders minestrone soup is back and packed with veggies plus a generous side of garlic bread and a small side of home made pesto.
Choose between our chicken minestrone soup with chicken meatballs or our vegetarian minestrone soup that includes white beans. Each meal comes with a side of pasta (for the soup), garlic bread and a small side of pesto made from Willard garden basil. Each order serves 1 person. Ingredients: onion, garlic, carrot, celery, zucchini, tomato, spices, chard. Meatball ingredients: ground chicken, garlic, onions, parsley, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper. |

Growing Leaders is a youth gardening and cooking entrepreneurship program based at Willard Middle School and Berkeley Technology Academy in Berkeley, California. We offer programming for ages 11-18, from 6th grade cooking and gardening and the 7th & 8th grade business elective, to our high school internship program and summer program.
