Our chicken pot pies were such a hit last fall we decided to bring them back this spring! Each pie is filled with our rich, homemade gravy, roasted chicken, carrots, peas, and potatoes. Our vegetarian pies will feature handmade seasoned seitan, a chewy morsel made from wheat gluten. We'll top them with a flaky cream cheese pastry crust, made by our students. On the side we're serving a green salad with mixed lettuces from the garden and a honey mustard vinaigrette dressing.
