On the menu: ENCHILADAS (chicken or vegetarian) Growing Leaders homemade enchilada meal comes with two enchiladas, a side of lime cilantro rice and cabbage slaw. Choose between chicken or vegetarian. Gluten Free!
Each meal serves 1 person. Chicken Enchilada Ingredients: corn tortillas, chicken, poblano pepper, onion, cheese, homemade red enchilada sauce with tomatoes, chili peppers, onion and garlic. Vegetarian enchilada Ingredients: Corn tortillas, tofu, corn, black beans, poblano pepper, onion, cheese, homemade red enchilada sauce with tomatoes, chili peppers, onion and garlic. Growing Leaders is a youth gardening and cooking entrepreneurship program based at Willard Middle School and Berkeley Technology Academy in Berkeley, California. We offer programming for ages 11-18, from 6th grade cooking and gardening and the 7th & 8th grade business elective, to our high school internship program and summer program.
